The hotel was wonderful with ideal rooms and I appreciated pleasant staff. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge.

We loved the hotel, it was gorgeous and fairly clean. The staff was gentle, efficient, and responded promptly to requests.

Loved the place, had a wonderful stay at the best western alpen resort hotel. Unique and spotless rooms, the views of Matterhorn from room were exceptional. Stunning and unbeatable location next to Matterhorn Golf club. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the main bar.

Thanks for a fantastic experience, I recommend it. I appreciated the place due to superb amenities and food. The restaurant was great for dinner here, I had hot dishes. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, view onto the mountains was exceptionally good!

The hotel is clean, magical and has beautiful location near to train station.

The hotel is fairly large and clean with a nice interior and tasty breakfasts included. It has unbeatable location to see Hinterdorfstrasse.

The hotel was peaceful and cute with charming location so close to train station and the town centre. Breakfast had good choices and there where pastries, breads, cereals, scrambled eggs and cheese. Generally everything was perfectly fine, even so the bathroom was tight.

Fairly clean, well-maintained hotel with handy location close to train station. Our room was amazing and it was absolutely perfect, good value. We appreciated excellent service provided by cool staff.

A perfect stay. Blissful hotel, kind staff, huge room. There were a safe, a mini fridge bar and a dining area in the room, liked that. The restaurant was average, helpful service, different food.

Good value considering prices in Zermatt. Staff were adorable, room was classic double and very specious. The location was UNIQUE because it was the modern part of the city.

Check in was friendly, staff was responsive. Eggs, bacon, fresh bread, cheese and pastries were fresh and complemented the continental breakfast. Located near the historic center of the city, easy to find. Moreover, it was so close to the train station as well as the centre of town.

All aspects of the hotel were fantastic, especially staff and views. A bathroom is equipped with a hot tub. Great venue by Matter Vispa. The restaurant was really excellent. Friendly service provided too. Not the cheapest one but good value.

Perfect views of city from the room. The food was decent, with good choice of options. We greatly enjoyed our 3-nights stay.
